Sour Coffee Bean Flavor Oil

Our Sour coffee bean flavor oil is crafted to deliver a smooth, true-to-profile flavor experience with rich aroma, balanced sweetness, and layered depth. Designed specifically for post roast applications, it integrates seamlessly into roasted coffee beans, adding distinctive flavor character while preserving the integrity of the base coffee.

The profile opens with extremely tart and mouth-puckering. A sharp acidic burst designed to elevate fruit flavors—add a splash to transform any fruit profile into a vibrant candy or coffee experience. As the flavor develops, smooth mid-palate richness unfolds to create a rounded and satisfying body with natural depth and complexity. Delicate undertones continue through the finish, delivering a clean and memorable flavor profile that performs consistently across both light and dark roasted coffee beans.

This versatile coffee bean flavor oil is ideal for flavoring whole coffee beans, espresso beverages, cold brew, and iced coffee. It also performs exceptionally well in syrups, milk-based drinks, protein beverages, and can be used in candy flavoring as well as baked goods, desserts, and ice cream applications—making it suitable for both beverage and confectionery formulations.

Formulated as a highly concentrated coffee flavor oil, only a small amount is needed to achieve consistent, full flavor. For best results, start with a light application and adjust gradually based on your desired strength.
