Request 3–5 sample flavors you would like to test.

5. We include them with your order

Your requested samples will be packed in your shipment whenever possible.

Our premium, highly concentrated flavor oils are formulated for a variety of applications including:

Because our flavors are highly concentrated, even small amounts can flavor large quantities of product. For example, when flavoring roasted coffee beans, it typically takes only 10–12 ml of coffee bean flavor oil to flavor one pound of whole beans.

For this reason, we encourage customers to test flavors in their own process before committing to larger production orders.

How Sample Requests Work

To request samples, place an order on CoffeeFlavorOils.com and purchase at least one 2 oz coffee bean flavor oil.

During checkout, use the Additional Notes / Comments section to write:

ATT: Sample Request

Then list the 3–5 flavors you would like included.

Our team will include your requested samples with your shipment whenever possible.

Sample Details

  • Samples are provided in 1 oz bottles
  • Customers may request up to 5 complimentary sample flavors
  • A qualifying order requires the purchase of one 2 oz flavor oil

For shipping efficiency, sample requests are packed within the capacity of a small flat-rate shipping box.

This typically allows space for:

1 purchased 2 oz flavor
up to 5 sample bottles (1 oz each)

Shipping costs still apply to the order.

Sample Availability

Sample selections and quantities are provided at the discretion of Coffee Flavor Oils based on current availability and packaging limitations.

While customers may request up to five sample flavors, our team will do its best to include the requested selections whenever possible.

If any adjustments need to be made to your request, a member of our team will reach out before your order ships.

Sample Processing Time

Sample requests are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days, excluding major holidays.

Samples are packaged together with your qualifying order whenever possible.
